How to have healthy skin



Healthy skin from harmful rays, nutrition, protection and depends on an appropriate cleansing regimen. Good skin care slows down the aging process and helps to avoid unnecessary skin problems. In addition to its cosmetic value of your skin, organs, and provide nutrition to keep you warm, and your musculoskeletal system to be able to protect. This is your body's largest organ and deserves special care. With these tips to keep your skin healthy.



1. Protection and Care


 Protect your skin from the sun. Wear Sunscreen and Avoid exposure to the most intense hours.

 Include fish in your diet. Essential fatty acids keep the skin soft and supple.
 

 Simple carbohydrates are limited. Causes premature aging of refined sugar and flour.
 

 Load up the brightly colored vegetables. Vitamins A and C, the skin strength and improve metabolism, reduce inflammation and protect DNA.
