Americans are busy. Our fast-paced lifestyle, there are not
enough hours in the day to fit in exercise. In fact, 7 out of 10 Americans do
not get enough exercise. Do not have time for the gym to incorporate physical activity
into your day without having to have an easy way.
Include more walking into your daily routine. The easiest
way to stay fit without exercise walking to driving whenever possible
replacement. In church, school, work, shop and within walking distance of any
of these options if you can walk, run some errands.
If you exercise in your daily routine can include more than
a few steps farther away from the store or from work, park your car.
Take the stairs whenever possible. Climb the stairs without
a formal exercise program is a great way to stay healthy.
Clean your house. It can be great for increasing your
