Without medication to stop an allergic sneezing fits

I was growing up, I was in constant allergies. In the summer, many abroad, many things set me off. In winter, keep me reaching for the Kleenex dust and mold. I was always sneezing and blowing my nose. The San Juan Islands Friday Harbor with my husband-to-be culminated in a trip. We were at an outdoor restaurant, and I'm so hard I could barely eat my barbecue crab sandwich is sneezing. Tears are streaming down my face, and the diners around me began to edge away. Finally, a kind gentlemen came and told me I should do about it. It sounded completely bizarre and I did not believe him, but I wanted to eat my lunch. So finally, I excused myself to the bathroom, he tried to offer .... and it worked. Allergy to give me grief, and when I started sneezing fit Ever since then, it has been my secret weapon.

This healing can be done anywhere, even though it is easily in a bathroom. It seems very strange, and the bathroom has a modicum of privacy, but the sink is very simple, because the only reason. One step to enter the bathroom and wash your hands.

Turn on the faucet and cup your hands beneath it.

You have a little pool of water in your cupped hands until it's submerged, dunk it in your nose. As long as you can hold it there.

Water-free. If you want, you may repeat. Especially escaped another sneeze.

A paper towel, or whatever is convenient to the bathroom to dry out your nose. Or you could let it air dry. It may feel tender and tickly, but you will no longer be actively sneezing.
