Wear yourself out:
Well here is the best route to go to sleep. Get moving and
busy during the day. Just do not wear yourself out to be. Physically and
mentally exhausted. I will wake you up if you are tired do not think it takes a
rocket scientist to figure that out. So get up, get going and tired.
In a routine GET:
As a clock set by your body is designed to do the routine.
At the same time each day to go to sleep and get a healthy habit to get into.
Your body quickly and willingly accepts this routine as usual procedures will
cooperate with your sleep pattern. A lot of people simply sleep better with a
routine research and tests have proven that.
Create an environment conducive to sleep:
It has been proved that our environment affects our quality
of sleep. Your bedroom, cool, quiet, dark, and will be pleasant. Your bed
should be comfortable and not overly crowded. Dress your bed will be light and

Do not eat right before bed:
